I got a custom belt made with a personal motto, and immediately hit new PRs in both squat and deadlift shortly after receiving the belt. The BFS team did a great job, everyone who comes to my home gym admires the belt. I tell them that it's not for sale, and that they need to get their own. They pout, until I tell them to visit beltfedstrength.com.
I'm not saying a custom belt from beltfedstrength.com will add a plate to your squat and deadlift overnight, but I'm not NOT saying that, either.
