Not much to say here other than the BFAS is simple and effective. It feels better than the cheap tricep rope I was previously using but also looks a heck of a lot better. Superb build quality too and no doubt in my mind that it’ll continue to do its job for years (maybe even decades) to come!
What can I say about these accessory straps that hasn't already been said? Plenty. I was working out in my home gym one night, doing face pulls and overhead tricep extensions with a rope attachment. It didn't feel right. Having to hold onto the rope at odd angles, it was no good. I almost gave up lifting, until I heard about these accessory straps. Now, I look forward to face pulls and overhead tricep extensions. All because of these accessory straps. If you don't own these handles, you're missing out. On gains. Also, if your accessory straps, handle straps, and belt aren't color coordinated, do you even lift?
