My first pair of straps were $10 from amazon and felt like they're going to rip every time I used them. These leather ones feel incredibly tough and will last forever in my home gym. Its only 15 more dollars to buy these over the amazon junk and they are an order of magnitude better. I did add some oil to help break them in, but they were still useable without it. The oiled ones in my picture also shows them darker than how they were when I opened them, but the original natural leather was perfectly fine.
Fantastic lifting straps. I own probably 10 different lifting grip aids because I have tendonitis. Trying to find something that is both comfortable and effective. These leather lifting straps from Belt Fed Strength are the best. Excellent quality, made in America by a small family operation. All the reasons I need to buy more from them. Also, the note he wrote me on a piece of leather was an incredible touch!
These straps are awesome! The leather grips a bar or handle so much better than canvas straps. Definitely requires some breaking in, but they're already getting comfortable after only five or six uses.
Only takes me like 10 minutes to cut through with a knife, worth every penny
